Coral Still-Glosser
I have been a resident of York County for 30 years and in that time have participated in numerous organizations, sat on Boards of Directors, serving as an officer in many. My background includes being a wife, mother & grandma, a Master Sgt. in the PA Air National Guard, a student at York College, a business owner, helped form a food pantry, held food drives, clothing drives, girl scout cookie sales, bake sales, yard sales, supported school sports and projects, you name it, I have more than likely done it. I am familiar with the stresses that living a full, busy, hectic life often brings.
In 2003 I discovered Reiki, or perhaps it discovered me. As soon as I experienced a short Reiki demonstration I knew this was something special and wanted to learn about it and how to share it with others. It never ceases to amaze me how we are provided with exactly what we need, when we need it, if we are open to receive.
Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful, “hands-on” treatment that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, strengthens the immune system and addresses the underlying causes of disease. It is, for me, a deeply spiritual gift to myself, and anyone who wishes to experience profound peace within.
Since my first experience of Reiki I have studied other modalities that relate to our energy systems: Matrix Energetics, Quantum Touch, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Energy Medicine. I attended a 2 year program of the PA School of Spiritual Healing (’04-’06), graduating with a certificate in Energy
Healing. I have been trained by the Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education (CARE) to perform Raindrop Technique® (’05). I studied Karuna Reiki® with William Lee Rand of the International Center for Reiki Training and am registered as a Master Practitioner/Teacher through the center (’07). I am also a member of the International Reiki Assoc. and an Ordained Non-Denominational Minister.
