I am very pleased to offer massage therapy to you and your family. Studies have shown that children who receive regular massage have a lower anxiety level, less aggessive behavior, increased concentration and more restful sleep. I think it is very important to teach our children how to take care of themselves.

Regina M. Klunk
I am a native of the Spring Grove and Hanover area. While growing up I was raised to have a trustful intuition, to be compassionate and honest. Since I can remember, I've always wanted to help individuals ease their mind, body and spirit. Most of my family and friends have greatly inspired me throughout the years to find myself where I am now. By my freshman year of high school, I had decided to attend massage school.
Going to massage school opened my mind up to a whole new world. I have learned so much from my colleagues and eye opening experiences. This is the best thing I've done for myself thus far, to grow from the inside and learn to my greatest abilities. It made me who I am to this day and am sincerely grateful for it.
It is my duty to make sure my clients are in good hands, while being in a secure and peaceful environment. I will do all that I am capable of in order to fulfill the needs of others.

Stacey Brumgard Knosky
I was born and raised in Safe Harbor a small community in Southern Lancaster County along the Conestoga River. I have a BS degree in Physics from Millersville University and have worked in the pharmaceutical industry preparing vaccines and medicines for the world. After spending 15 years in middle management exploring the realm of scientific dimension, I find I'm constantly expanding my viewpoint of the world and understanding of the way it works. I've come to the realization that the study of physics and massage go hand-in-hand. The principles of physics apply in everyday life, from the macroscopic physical level to the cellular level, even to the quantum level where the physical body and the spirit meet.
During massage school I realized that helping people heal themselves through therapeutic touch would be the most gratifying work I would ever do. My promise to you is to facilitate the creation of a new level of health. With my hands I give my word. |

As a native of York County I know we all lead stressful lives. Massage has a healing effect on the mind, body and the soul.
